Class booking
Terms & Conditions
By booking or attending classes, you agree to the following terms.
1. Bookings & Payment

Class bookings must be paid in advance

Your place is only secured once payment is received

Payments are non-transferable unless agreed
2. Attendance
If you are unable to attend a class:

Make-up classes may be offered where possible

No refunds are provided for missed classes
3. Cancellations
a. By Student

No refunds for change of mind or missed sessions

Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances at discretion
b. by Instructor

A make-up class or credit will be offered

If a course is cancelled entirely, a proportional refund may be given
4. Health & Safety
Students participate at their own risk.
You are responsible for:

Informing the instructor of any injuries or conditions

Working within your own physical limits
5. Conduct
A respectful and supportive environment is expected at all times.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from class without refund.
6. Media
Photos or videos may occasionally be taken for promotional purposes.
Please inform the instructor if you do not wish to appear in any content.
7. Intellectual Property
Choreography and teaching material remain the property of the instructor and may not be reproduced, taught, or shared without permission.
8. Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for communication and service delivery and will not be shared unless required by law.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
10. Updates
These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking applies.
11. Acceptance
By booking a performance or attending classes, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
